Three new fully automatic granulation lines raise granule strength and batch consistency by 20% and strengthen peak-season supply.
The intelligent granulation workshop at Triargo Hainan base went into production this month. Three fully automatic granulation lines and a microcomputer dosing system raise dosing accuracy from ±2% to ±0.5%, increase finished granule strength by 20% and markedly narrow batch-to-batch nutrient variation.
The workshop connects to the company digital traceability system: every bag can be scanned to retrieve its production batch, dosing records and inspection report. Before peak season, capacity covers main domestic markets and supports stable delivery of export orders.
According to production management, the new lines cut energy use per tonne by 12%, in line with the company green-factory carbon targets.
